Cancellation policy
To look forward to your winter holiday in our beautiful region, the cancellation conditions have changed due to the Covid 19 situation.
We generally recommend a travel insurance which will cover the cancellation fees incurred as part of a CORONA CANCELLATION. If you have no insurance, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with our partner Europäische Reiseversicherung . Our provider currently grants insurance coverage for Corona despite the pandemic status. If you wish, we can also take care of the process.
If you decide not to take out cancellation insurance, the following cancellation conditions apply:
For bookings from December 25, 2020 to January 10, 2021 and from February 6th until February 27th, 2021
- Up to 2 weeks before arrival you can cancel for free!
- Up to 1 week before arrival we will charge 30% of the total amount.
- Up do 6 to 3 days before arrival we will charge 70% of the total amount.
- In the last week before arrival, we charge 90% of the booked arrangement price.
- In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the entire cost.
For bookings from January 10th, to Febrauary 5th, 2021 and from Febrauary 10t to the end of the season 2021
- Cancellation is FREE UP TO 1 week before arrival.
- In the last week before arrival, we charge 70% of the booked arrangement price.
- In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the entire cost.
Should it be unreasonable for you to start the trip due to the corona measures, e.g. in the case of a quarantine of several days on return, we offer our guests the opportunity to rebook the trip free of charge.
